Everytime, regarding to excel files, I remembered my last task in TSMC was assigned to fill in more the 30000 cells in one excel file for automation. It is like you walk 300 km to a train station to take a train for the last 20 km. Accodring that experience, what I learned is NEVER DO YOUR EXCEL FILE MORE THAN 100 CELLS!!! Your life deseves better things, not fill in tables again, again and again.
每次，只要一說到EXCEL，就哭哭，在台GG的最後一份工作就是填3萬個欄位，為了愛的自動化。這就好像，你走了三百公里的路去搭火車，從台南坐到高雄。從此，我發誓不讓別人在我面前喊梭哈。

Microsoft provied a good tool for project management, but it's just good. If you have many projects with many items, it is not easy to edit your project trackers on Microsoft Team or Sharepoint, because it will still cost a lot of your time to do the dumb jobs. So, what should I do?

1. Automate your Lists from a Excel File on your Onedrive:
We can use power automate to add and update excel data to sharepoint list automatically.
用微軟提供一樣不大好用的automate來做自動化，讓你的Lists可以讀Excel，還可以自動更新哦！神奇吧，21世紀耶！

2. Sync-up that file to your PC :
then, sync up your folder on sharepoint, and you will get a share folder, named as Intel Corporation in your PC.
然後，透過OneDrive，同步化你的Excel到你的D槽。

So that we can edit our excel file locally, onedrive will help us sync-up, and then we can run the power-automate flow immediately or wait for the recurrence happens.
Then, we can get the updated lists.
所以你就可以在你的電腦編輯你不想做的專案管理，這時候OneDrive就會同步你的共享資料夾，連謎片一起上傳。而你在automate的奴隸就會依照你的時間表，定時更新你的Lists，不然你很急也可以自己按一按。只是我不知道，為什麼您要那麼著急呢？



3. Automation your excel file :
After we construct the automated lists on sharepoint, which will be also connected to your local microsoft team, we can create some more simple scripts to grab the shared schdule table and your working progress on Unix, so that you can dramatically save your time to manage your projects, especially when you have plenty of projects to manage, also you can give your power to your team to learn how to manage their projects.
最後記得，連Excel都不用給人填的，用盡所有方法自動化你的工作，比如說請別人做，反正就是別自己做。這樣你就有很多時間可以躺。
