  2. CONTENT : identify the content and materials you want to use (e.g. story, statistics, video, etc.)
  3. STRUCTURE : Put together the structure of your presentation. Consider the journey you are taking your audience on.
  4. PREPARATION : Think through all of the details needed to execute the presentation (e.g. room set-up, time, technology, etc)
  5. DELIVERY : Delivery is the last step and includes how you gesture and make eye contact
