Target : Utilize all online courses to study Data Visualization and after 3 months, get mt first job on upwork.
Method : Target to become a freelancer to do the remote job, and be familiar to python, R, D3.JS, and tableau. 
  1. Can be a full-time freelancer
  2. Can be a part-time job along with digital-IC design engineer
Time Span : 2021/02/16~2021/05/16
  - 30 hours/week, when working
  - 60 hours/week, if not working
Remarks :
  1. Before I pause my job, take all charged courses from LinkedIn and Plursights
    - LinkedIn : 217 hours
    - Plursight : ??  hours
  2. After, take all courses on coursera and udacity
    - R language
    - Python
    - d3.js
    - tableau
  3. Keep practicing English
  4. Keep practicing communication and storytelling
  5. Study and Note as many works on the internet as possible
  6. If needed, reading books for more knowledge.
