    - Provide the appropriate amout of context
    - Our words should match our standard of conduct
    - Be aware when communicating across cultures and languages
  - Avoid
    - Making inaccurate statements
    - Drawing legal conclusions
    - Using "Read and Delete" or similar language

When in a Caution Area, think:

  - Is this communication necessary?
  - Is this the best way to say it?
